3D Medical Imaging Project with Siemens / Princeton (USA)

The Welfenlab will start soon a cooperation on  a research project  in the field of 3D Medical Imaging together with Dr. Frank Sauer from Siemens Corporate Research (SCR). Dr. Frank Sauer is the Global Technology Field Leader and at at the same time the Head of SCR's Imaging and Visualization Department. This DAAD PhD project fundet by Siemens will focus on a VR System for 3D Shape Registration from medical data with high quality visualization techniques
